Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sr Manager, Marketing Operations will be responsible for strategy & planning, including goal-setting, program development, resourcing and ensuring reporting against aggressive OKRs.
You must be able to think big picture and paint a long-term vision and story one moment, and seamlessly transition to diving into the weeds across performance marketing, analytics, operations and creative the next. This candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead via influence and vision, and have a "roll up your sleeves" attitude, strong bias-to-action, and entrepreneurial spirit. The goal is to ensure that the total company-wide marketing effort is driving growth through our retail channels and creating conversion opportunities through hyperlocal activities at every stage of the marketing funnel and customer lifecycle.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and directs the Marketing Operations team and ensures that innovation and trackable results are delivered through programs including, local digital, dealer marketing, creative assets, experiential and local marketing support.
- Provides strategic planning and implementation of marketing programs or projects that support organizational marketing objectives for volume, revenue, profit, retention or satisfaction.
- Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Recommends marketing management initiatives based on the impact to strategic marketing planning objectives and strategies.
- Organizes and aligns strategic priorities within the local digital marketing team, ensuring that connections, communication and collaboration are happening within the broader marketing marketing organization and key stakeholders.
- Develop strategy and execution plan for an expanded dealer marketing program, while continuing to maintain the existing marketing program, with the goal of efficiently driving new quality traffic and conversions.
- Helps to prepare reports, presentations, speaking points for overall strategy. Distills data down into major findings for key meetings, to help socialize our strategy, plans and outcomes.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
- Experience in holistic marketing across multiple brands at large companies. Telecommunications industry preferred, but not a requirement.
- Management of large-scale projects, including cross-functional collaboration.
- Executive presence to inspire confidence with internal and external constituents.
- Change agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared vision
- Highly organized and accountable
- Strategic and operational; able to think through strategic challenges and build ground-up solutions
Minimum required:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in marketing operations
- Six years project management and implementation experience
- Proven history executing innovative and multi-part go-to-market programs that drive upward and downward funnel metrics
- Experience building and leading teams through change
Salary Range
Compensation: $87,500.00/Year - $125,000.00/Year
