Senior Lifecycle Manager, Content + Marketing

What We Do:
The Lifecycle team drives conversion, retention and engagement across all areas of Calm through channels like email, push and direct mail. As Calm’s Content offerings and Marketing initiatives expand, we are looking for a strategic marketer with a strong technical backbone to integrate these into Lifecycle, driving engagement and retention. You will work closely with the Content and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and create strategies for current, new and upcoming launches. A strong background in data, reporting, email + push marketing and basic foundational knowledge of engineering are required. You must be comfortable overseeing campaigns end-to-end, from creation to deployment to analysis.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and execute strategies to support and promote Content and Marketing initiatives that also contribute toward core business KPIs.
- Work with the Data team to create personalized and automated journeys based on member behaviors and preferences. This includes serving relevant Marketing content.
- Create reports and dashboards that help analyze, share insights and identify new opportunities.
- Continually elevate and optimize these programs by leveraging data, testing into personalization, and expanding into new channels.
