Responsible for the development of tactical media recommendations and plans in partnership with both internal and external partners
ACCOUNTABILITIES
COORDINATE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

• Partners with Account Executives to align business priorities and integrate into strategies
• Utilizes client knowledge and media expertise to develop tactical media recommendations for clients including allocation of budget across ad products, recommending and building audiences, and flighting strategy
• Builds and executes campaigns by managing timeline and key inputs to ensure a smooth launch
• Monitors ad spend and performance of live campaigns to ensure they are pacing correctly
• Establishes benchmarks and analyze results to inform budget and spend across tactics
• Partners with Account Executives to deliver the client a seamless experience with strong results
• Maintains digital media knowledge

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

• Establishes and builds meaningful cross-functional relationships with key partners
• Individually presents completed analyses to leadership and key partners, follow up to ensure understanding of insight implications.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required

• 3+ years of experiences in digital media or related experience
• Experience with retail / apparel clients is a nice to have
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a team setting and maintain relationships across internal colleagues
• Can meet tight deadlines and is comfortable juggling multiple priorities
