TrueCare24 is looking for an experienced marketing automation leader with a proven track record in email marketing, especially with sequences and workflows in HubSpot.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience developing email strategies, building email nurtures and executing on campaigns. 
  • 3+ years in marketing automation platforms especially Hubspot and confident in HTML and CSS
  • Experience in building smart lists, workflows and other processes to aid in Account Based Marketing (ABM) and general marketing efforts.
  • Extensive experience in creating, reviewing, managing and optimizing lead workflows and marketing operations management processes including lead scoring, lead routing, and efficient Business Development & Sales handover processes.
  • Experience in managing contact databases including data cleanliness, merging like records, researching causes of bad or insufficient data in order to correct processes, enriching and uploading prospect lists, etc.
  • Experience and understanding of sms campaigns using Kixie or Sakari.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • A B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and strong excel skills in manipulating and analyzing data using MS Office and G Suite.
  • Reliable home office setup.

Nice-to-have Qualifications

  • Deep experience and understanding of other major ESP platforms e.g. Marketo, Iterable, etc. 
  • 2+ years of direct, growth-focused experience in B2B digital marketing. Healthcare and startup experience is a plus.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and Mixpanel), SEO tools (e.g. Search Console, SEMrush, Google's Keyword Tool, etc)
  • Previous web development in an agile environment
  • SQL experience is a plus.

Job Description

Your primary responsibility as a Senior Email Growth Marketing Manager, B2B & B2C is to generate company growth by attracting more and more potential new business & new customers, by converting a higher number of prospects into new B2B & B2C leads, and by engaging and retaining more clients & customers. You will be responsible for the development and execution of our email marketing strategy as well as building thoughtful automation. 

The ideal candidate must have superb written skills and technical ability to create complex email campaigns. We are looking for a highly strategic marketing operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can roll up his/her sleeves to build, deploy, and launch email initiatives quickly while also ensuring quality and complying with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • By ensuring no lead is left behind in partnership with the Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams, you will help the Growth team to achieve our demand generation goals.
  • Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all pre-sales email acquisition efforts including top-of-funnel email nurtures, landing page retargeting, lapsed contact re-engagement, and bottom-of-funnel acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop and manage our marketing automation system (Hubspot) to support demand generation programs, marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.
  • Develop playbooks and implement new ways of working to help scale our Marketing programs.
  • Own pre-sales email communication from development through execution including. content, relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization.
  • Plan, develop and execute on an A/B testing roadmap (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc). to continuously improve email cadences and workflows performance.
  • Testing and deploying email deliverability suggestions and initiatives.
  • Develop and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email performance.
  • Monitor the marketplace to keep ahead of best practices and put forward perspective on best-in-class email marketing opportunities. 
  • Build deeper insights into segmentation through data analysis and behavioral retargeting while also reporting on email list quality and health.
  • Market research and competitive analysis.
  • Become the point of contact for HubSpot best practices within the Marketing, Sales & Operations teams.
  • Create educational/training content for Marketing, Sales & Operations teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
