We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to implement and execute communication strategies that connect our growing global employee base with company priorities and updates. This role will also assist in managing external events and speaking opportunities to promote executive thought leadership as well as coordinate communication efforts across social media channels. If you are a creative, strategic communications professional who has a passion for building new programs, this role is for you! 

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and implement innovative communication programs/channels that effectively inform our global employees base about company initiatives and business updates
• Support executive leaders across Next Insurance to shape and deliver effective communications, whether through writing, live meetings, or social media support
• Partner with the employee branding team to support culture and recruiting
• Assist managing external events and speaking opportunities to promote executive thought leadership.
• Coordinate communication efforts across social media channels
• Drive engagement and excitement across the company

What We Need: 

• 5-7 years of experience in developing and executing effective internal communications strategies preferably in a high-growth environment 
• Excellent communication skills - the ability to develop relationships and work with employees in all functions and at all levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (writing samples will be required) and impeccable people skills
• Well spoken. Brings charisma and excitement to company communications
• A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to cohesively work cross-functionally across various global teams including: executive, people and product
• Bachelor's degree
