CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGP) is a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information and analytics, specializing in multifamily and single family residential, office, industrial, retail, hospitality and land property sectors. CoStar Group is the owner of leading popular consumer websites such as Apartments.com, Homes.com, ForRent.com, ApartmentFinder.com and several others. This summer, CoStar Group will launch a new marketplace website dedicated to the New York City market called Citsynap.com, the first-ever, consumer-facing search website and mobile app that will include the most complete inventory of residential real estate listings in New York City when launched.

We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. The role can be based in Atlanta, GA or Bethesda, MD. As Senior Brand Manager, your role is to create and develop consumer facing advertising, promotions, communications and content which build awareness, traffic, engagement and loyalty through paid, earned and organic media to successfully launch the new Citysnap.com brand. You'll work closely with a range of stakeholders internally and externally including agencies, media buying, social media, creative, product and senior leadership. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns to ensure 360° integration of brand advertising and messaging across multiple consumer touch points, including TV, Radio, PR, OOH, digital, print, video, mobile, social and influencer.
  • Develop creative briefs for agency partners and assist in creative development process; manage workflow of project details and creative direction
  • Analyze and translate market research, category trends and consumer insights into business insights that inform strategies to grow the business and unlock new opportunities
  • Assist in the planning and buying of media inventory. Ensure media integrates brand messaging across multiple consumer touch points in General and Niche markets.
  • Identify opportunities for media and PR sponsorships and activations that will amplify brand awareness and consideration.
  • Develop social/influencer campaigns to reach, influence and grow engaged followers and boost site traffic, working in partnership with the Homes/Homesnap PR team to execute
  • Work with Marketing Legal Counsel on the review and editing of all marketing and promotional content.
  • Ensure all communications are in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone and strategy
  • Communicate all Brand and Product Marketing plans and activities with key stakeholders, senior management, regions, staff and dealers
  • Responsible for tracking of program budgets and scope of work, ensuring maximum ROI and overall expenditures remain in line with agreed budgets


Experience:

  • 5-7 years B2C marketing and/or advertising agency experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and / or Advertising preferred
  • Experience in media planning, creative and production development for television, radio, OOH social and digital.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Personable with strong verbal and written communication skills; solid business acumen, able to clearly communicate objectives and outcomes with marketing leaders and cross-functional teams, and present material to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong project management skills including a demonstrated ability to deliver against aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple tasks and projects through cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to translate positioning strategy into creative strategy and execution.
  • Extensive experience and skills in project management.
  • Proficiency with syndicated data sources, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
