Job Description
This regionally based, Regional Marketing Liaison , will be responsible development precision marketing strategies and tactics driven by the integration of insights from advanced analytics, marketing teams, select field-based employees and scientific leaders in their assigned region. This position will require outstanding leadership, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, collaboration and strong marketing, analytical and project management experience. This position will report into the Director of Regional Marketing Liaisons and will work in close partnership with marketing, cross-functional partners, and select field-based employees.
Key responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and insights to develop & gain approval of precision marketing ( i.e. geographical, HealthCare Provider (HCP sub-type, patient type, channel, etc.) strategies and tactics to accelerate tumor performance.
  • Identify precision marketing strategies and tactics through:
  • Utilizing advanced analytics insights to gain a deeper understanding of national and sub-national performance & to help identify hypothesized opportunity spaces.
  • Gathering insights from field-based employees to help evaluate local opportunities, understand local market dynamics and assess drivers & barriers.
  • Gaining meaningful and actionable insights from podium presentations and engagements with scientific thought leaders at congresses (live, virtual, webcast)
  • Collaborate with various internal cross functional partners and stakeholders including tumor marketing team to identify, prioritize and execute precision marketing strategies & tactics.


Minimum Education requirement: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Required Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical business experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Marketplace Assessment, Development of Disease State and Product Strategy, Product Positioning, and Brand Marketing.
  • Skilled relationship building with Scientific Leaders.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communications, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and lead sub-teams in support of key marketing strategy areas.
  • High integrity, demonstrated commitment to compliance and doing things the right way.
  • Requires 50% travel, including overnight, and weekends.


Preferred Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical or Device Sales and Marketing Experience.
  • Oncology Product/indication launch experience in the US market.


Position location: Upper Gwynedd, PA or field based near an Eastern Region major airport.
