As a Product Marketing Manager at Lytics, you will be responsible for go-to-market and sales enablement strategies for our applications. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing team at the center of one of the most important strategic initiatives at Lytics. Partnering extensively with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams, you’ll reinforce the business as a thought leader, compel engagement, and educate customers, prospects, and social influencers. Enterprise software marketing experience, a sense of urgency in the development of content that drives business objectives, and a team-first attitude, are strongly desired.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Product messaging: Create core product positioning and value statements, validate messaging, and use it to help evangelize our product offerings both internally and externally (with customers, partners, industry analysts, press, etc.).
  • Product launch: Drive go-to-market execution for launches and feature updates by building and scaling go-to-market plans and playbooks alongside the Marketing team. Create relevant collateral for launches (presentations, one-pagers, white papers, case studies, demos, training materials, etc.).
  • Pricing & packaging: Maintain and optimize Lytics’ approach to pricing and packaging as needed. Focus on adoption to fuel retention and monetization.
  • Sales enablement: Communicate our value proposition to the Sales team. Work with the Sales team to develop content related to value propositions, competitive differentiators, and product-focused sales materials to support the selling process.
  • Buyer personas: Understand the user and customer journeys that are specific to our offerings, and work with content marketing, sales, and others, to align key messages to target audiences within those journeys.
  • Voice of the customer: Be an expert on our customers – how they buy and their buying criteria. Serve as the voice of the customer to the internal product-focused teams to reinforce solving customer challenges. Build relevant content to help retain and educate our customers on our product. Drive advocacy.
  • Market and segment analysis: Identify, research, and document market opportunities and threats, including trends, solution fit, vendor ecosystem, etc.
  • Competitive intelligence: Surface insights and differentiators for competitive offerings; develop and maintain knowledge-base of competitive intelligence and deliver regular internal briefings and enablement on the competitive landscape.
  • Work cross departmentally: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering and Data Science teams to harvest, translate and package powerful use cases and value stories and bring them to market.
  • Support analyst relationships.
  • Support Lytics’ presence on review sites, including campaigning for new reviews.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of software product marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Domain expertise in marketing technology, data infrastructure, data analytics, or data warehousing.
  • Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive adoption and bottom line impact.
  • Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company.
  • Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment; you tend to find solutions rather than problems.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller that can explain complex concepts concisely and articulate points of view persuasively; strong ability to influence people at all levels and in various functions.
