About the Role
At Dandy, our customers are at the center of every strategic decision, making it incredibly important for the whole organization to know our customers and market inside and out. We are looking for an exceptional Sr. / Principal PMM to be the expert on dental practices of all sizes and the dental market. This role will translate customer and market knowledge into insights and enable the rest of the company to act on these learnings. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, this highly-visible role will work closely with sales, marketing, product, strategy and operations.
What You'll Do
- Market research - develop in-depth knowledge of target markets, segments, buyer personas, and competitors via qualitative and quantitative research. Work cross-functionally to manage larger research initiatives and distill learnings into strategic direction.
- Buyer Personas - own the creation and management of buyer personas for every market segment.
- Internal enablement - collaborate with sales enablement and other key teams to develop materials and strategies that will accelerate GTM motions and increase conversions throughout the funnel.
- Competitive landscape – monitor changes of competitors for current and future products at a macro-level, make recommendations to other PMMs on positioning and messaging as needed.
- Pricing and packaging - partner with other members of product marketing to evaluate our target market’s willingness to pay and competitive pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years in a PMM or market insights/strategy role
- Prior experience managing research projects, tracking competitors, and analyzing new markets
- A creative problem solver with an appetite to always be learning
- Exceptional communication skills, especially writing; strong presentation skills are highly preferred
- Can work independently or in groups, and know when to ask for feedback or help
- Proven track record of juggling and prioritizing a number of key tasks, collaborating with other members of the marketing, sales, and product teams, while always thinking and working towards the strategic goals of the business and team
- Undergraduate degree required. MBA or graduate degree is a plus

- You’re a self-starter and take ownership, but in a collaborative and inclusive manner
- Product marketing certification from Pragmatic Marketing or Product Marketing Alliance is a plus
