What we are looking for…

We’re looking for our first Product Marketing hire to join our Product team and drive our go to market strategy, our customer feedback loop, and training and enablement process. We are looking for someone who is analytical, resourceful, and data driven and is comfortable seamlessly transitioning between strategic and tactical work. You’ll need to build consensus across large cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership. 

 

In this role, you will partner with a variety of teams including Product, Sales, CX, Operations to drive product/market fit for our internal Property Management System and our Homeowners Portal. You’ll also provide audience insights to our product team grounded in customer feedback, analytics, and competitive intelligence that will shorten development cycles and drive adoption and NPS.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop a go-to-market strategy that’s tailored to each of our different product offerings including a launch calendar, early access, and launch comms
  • Hold webinars and build out training materials to educate internal users on how to best leverage our internal tooling
  • Build a consistent process around how we message launches and the impact of launches to internal stakeholders
  • Develop an adoption/growth strategy for our property management system and our homeowner portal
  • Utilize data and analytics to gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and drive our product prioritization framework
  • Define, track, and report upon metrics that inform the success of product launches and marketing strategies
  • Become a domain expert on the property management ecosystem

 

What you’ll bring…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 
  • 4-6+ years of product marketing experience in driving early-stage products to market and/or developing new product categories. Experience in SaaS preferred
  • Experience working with agile product teams across web and mobile
  • Experience measuring performance through metrics and KPIs with the ability to tell a rich story through data
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally to bring products to market. Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally with the power to influence across departments
  • Self-starter with a track record of driving key results and a team first mentality
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
