About the role:
As a Product Marketing & Campaign Analyst, you will work with FIS clients to develop, deliver, and maintain all facets of marketing operations. You will execute marketing campaign task, make and present PowerPoint presentations, and interact with internal and external clients to promote campaigns and company growth.
About the team:
FIS is looking for Product Marketing & Education Analysts to support our Cincinnati, OH team.In this role you will become an expert on utilizing methods and delivery mechanisms to develop strategic approaches to meet objectives.
What you will be doing:
•• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients.• Consults with internal clients and external providers to develop appropriate product information management and distribution solutions.• Define and develop the purpose, objectives and procedures of the product messaging, naming and trademark management functions.• Oversee the primary activities of individual contributors to ensure completion of tasks and attainment of departmental goals.• May be responsible for budgeting of department's personnel, capital, and/or operations expenses.• May negotiate contracts with vendor management.
What you will need:
• Knowledge of project management methods and techniques to ensure the coordination of people (internal clients and external vendors) and processes to achieve desired outcomes• Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with employees, clients and public• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
• Strong understanding of market analysis, planning, development and management• Knowledgeable of FIS and competitor products
