TripActions is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager that will be an integral part of the Marketing and Lemonade teams. This role will be responsible for building partnerships with key brands and travel suppliers that enhance the TripActions user experience and drive revenue growth. You’ll have the exciting opportunity to own the strategic direction and set goals to execute towards by managing multi-channel co-marketing programs for the personal travel side of the platform with the support of the broader marketing, partnership, and product teams. You’ll actively influence the personal traveler’s journey. Strong creative skills, a take-initiative and positive mindset, familiarity and comfort with negotiating, natural desire to be part of a team, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment are all imperative. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner Relations Build and manage relationships with partners, suppliers, and other 3rd parties that positively enhance the user experience
  • Marketing Programs Ideate, design, and execute joint programs that drive in-application engagement and accelerate adoption of the personal travel side of the TripActions platform at scale
  • Promotions – Negotiate discounts and special offers with partners and suppliers to drive net new and repeat usage, loyalty, and a general affinity for the brand
  • Partner GTM – Collaborate with partners and internal teams on the creation of platform innovations and drive partner-focused internal and external strategy and execution for launches
  • Analyze and share results, trends and insights
  • Partner closely with colleagues across Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Data to drive programs and share learnings

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, operations, or a related field
  • Experience in partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, and managing programs that scaled
  • Experience in hyper growth environments a strong plus
  • Ability to execute creative programs that are data driven
  • Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Eloqua and Tableau
  • Executional excellence. Able to consistently deliver on time and on budget
  • Outstanding analytical ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven professional
  • Detail-oriented behavior and strong problem solving skills
