OVERVIEW
Our digital marketing team is highly analytical, moves fast and is focused on delivering quantifiable results. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new Instacart Customers & Shoppers. This person will be working directly with senior leadership across different teams and will be making a big impact on overarching company goals.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Drive user & shopper acquisition through Google Ads & Microsoft Ads, working closely with our account teams to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Develop channel strategies to meet both short term and long term acquisition goals
- Provide data-driven recommendations to scale acquisitions, efficiently & set-up, optimize and scale multi-million dollar Paid Search campaigns
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization - keyword expansion, bidding, ad copies and landing pages, audiences - and implement a test plan
- Partner with Data Science, Analytics, & Product teams to conduct marketing experiments and AB tests on an ongoing basis
- Track, report and present campaign performance to internal stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- 5+ years marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with paid search programs
- Thorough understanding of growth marketing and Paid Search trends to expertly scale campaigns profitably & efficiently
- Expert with Google Ads Editor for managing SEM campaigns, familiar with platforms like Kenshoo, SA360, etc.
- Deep knowledge of incrementality testing and experimentation
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with experience with Excel/Google Sheets & SQL
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bonus: experience in the on-demand economy
