OVERVIEW
Our digital marketing team is data driven, quick to act, ROI centric, and focused on growing the number of people using Instacart. We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to make a difference with us. This person will be on our team of SEM experts and will partner cross functionally to make an immediate impact on overarching company goals. Join us!
ABOUT THE JOB
- Manage SEM campaigns and understand daily performance
- Create process to precisely setup and scale complex campaigns on Google/Microsoft Ads from the ground up
- Identify opportunities for optimization across: keyword refinement/expansion, bid adjustments, ad copy and landing pages
- Provide & act on data-driven recommendations to scale SEM efficiently
- Design experiments and incrementality tests on an ongoing basis
- Understand and implement Google conversion tracking and internal attribution tracking
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years growing Paid Search campaigns for e-commerce/acquisition with a combination of in house and agency experience
- Expert in scaling Paid Search campaigns while maximizing internal KPIs, ie profit, ROI
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, SQL
- Thorough understanding of acquisition marketing and latest Paid Search trends, including automated bidding
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments
- Use Google Ads Editor for managing SEM campaigns, familiar with platforms like Kenshoo, SA360, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Bonus: experience in the on-demand economy
