The Manager of Paid Media position must have a passion for learning and education, enjoy solving client problems in a collaborative format, and seek to test new ideas. This position is responsible for the development and management of our clients' marketing strategy, with an emphasis on paid search.

The Paid Media Manager position is responsible for overseeing the cross-channel digital marketing strategy for multiple client accounts.

Account Management
• Works with channel SMEs to build the overall media strategy for clients, with a focus on digital channels
• Manages client accounts to meet or exceed agreed upon KPI's.

Reporting
• Establishes clear goals for each client, as needed.
• Creates monthly reports and delivers actionable insights.
• Creates and delivers clear and actionable ad hoc reporting.

Communication
• Proactively communicates to account management team any updates to the account and its performance.
• Provides strategic recommendations for cross-channel optimizations and shifts based on performance.

Education
• Keeps up in industry trends in higher education.
• Stays up to date with the changing digital marketplace.
• Elevates the team and its delivery.

Requirements
• 5-7 years' experience managing paid media in an agency or freelance setting.
• Management experience preferred.
• Excellent understanding of the various digital and traditional marketing channels, and how they interact with one another.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (client facing experience required)
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Expert Microsoft Office Knowledge (Advanced Excel skills preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing client accounts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. (Business, Marketing, Economics, or Finance a plus)
• Google certification preferred
