Job Description:
As a Paid Media Analyst for Pluralsight, you will be responsible for the execution of paid media programs across all paid social networks as well as display advertising for our B2C side of the business. You will also execute the B2C paid social and display strategy for our recent acquisition of ACloudGuru. This is a critical role that is directly tied to our company objectives and will need to collaborate with many teams to achieve the desired results. We're excited to have you join us!

What you'll own:

  • Directly managing all paid social and display B2C campaign execution; namely: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and Google Display.
  • Quarterly B2C budgets and revenue targets
  • Help establish quarterly plans and goals for paid social and display/retargeting channels.
  • Analyze channel-level KPI dashboards to determine opportunities for growth or efficiency
  • Partner with broader paid media team to execute on channel strategy
  • Identify and test new opportunities for growth
  • Track and report on key channel metrics


Experience you'll need:

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and systems including direct experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and display/retargeting platforms (AdRoll, GDN, Criteo, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and similar reporting tools
  • Experience driving e-commerce B2C strategies where you've optimized for customer acquisition, ROI, and LTV:CAC.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience managing a six-figure digital budget and P&L
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
