As a Marketing Project Manager, you will work directly with Strategists, Creatives, Analysts, Programmers and Quality Assurance to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of our hospital and healthcare system clients.

What you will do:

  • Lead start-up meetings and regular client project team meetings
  • Estimate project resource requirements for work and staffing  
  • Schedule projects and manage milestones and delivery date in the Mercury project management software
  • Set up routing of creative project work
  • Document Change Notices and handle rerouting, edits, and approvals and ensure appropriate adjustments are incorporated into project timelines 
  • Document status and communicate changes and critical needs to the team
  • Pursue client project delays and notify internal leadership when a project is at risk based on Mercury blockers and/or client blockers
  • Assist in developing issue and risk resolutions
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure awareness and transparency and to ensure meeting delivery dates 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (internal and external) for active projects 
  • Communicate directly with assigned client groups to get feedback, share project details, and establish expectations 
  • Document client correspondence and route to creative team
  • Coordinate with the client and Print Services Center to facilitate delivery of project work
  • Gather and organize project collateral/assets to ensure efficient execution
  • Proof layouts to ensure branding and changes have been applied, client preferences are considered,and it meets quality standards
  • Oversee version control protocol and ensure materials are current
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery of final materials

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Project Management
  • 1+ years’ experience in project management
  • Basic understanding of multi-channel campaign production and marketing concepts
  • Basic understanding of digital/technology solutions and platforms as well as Agile and Iterative Development methodologies
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to proof and identify non-technical errors in working drafts
