THE TEAM:

The Marketing team at Code42 is just as much about category design and market insights than it is about creating, producing and optimizing messaging and campaigns that move suspects to becoming prospects, customers and ultimately advocates. We are story-tellers, data junkies, brand ambassadors, testers, analysts, evangelists, builders, martech nerds, planning wizards and business partners that are maniacally focused on creating growth.

THE ROLE:

This is an exciting role responsible for seller awareness, adoption and performance of marketing programs and resources. As a member of the partner and field marketing team, you will work closely with the other marketing teams, becoming proficient in our ABM selling model approach and knowledgeable on the marketing programs, content and resources available to our sellers. You play a vital role understanding the full breadth of marketing sales resources and how to infuse them into the selling motion in an impactful way.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Prioritize and spotlight marketing efforts with sales by being proficient in our ABM approach, understanding our marketing sales toolkit and knowing the sellers' environment and priorities.
  • Maintain and enhance the marketing sales toolkit, which provides sellers with a single access point for marketing programs and resources by working closely across the marketing team to stay current on existing and upcoming initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively with sales enablement, create a seller marketing adoption program to drive adoption of core marketing disciplines to enable optimal seller effectiveness.
  • Analyzing performance metric and adoption data, identifying insights and creating action plans to be deployed in conjunction with regional marketing management.
  • Establish a field activation guide, process and communications approach for driving visibility and adoption of new marketing programs, initiatives and programs.
  • Create a structured approach for providing information and insights to the regional field marketing managers on the sellers in their respective markets through which collaborative discussion and planning can occur to continuously drive adoption and visibility.
  • Establish communication cadences to present insights and learnings from your functional area to interested stakeholders; marketing, sales, etc.
  • Win/Loss program management, establishing and ensuring the process to identify and engage prospects, assessing results and providing improvement findings and recommendations.
  • Maintaining program and project planning activity through Monday.com
  • Some travel required (1-2 short duration trips per quarter).


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ideally you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing or Communications
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with emphasis on program marketing, integrated marketing, marketing/sales enablement or internal communications (enterprise software, SaaS and/or info security experience a plus)
  • Ability to multi-task and switch between multiple products in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and project management skills
  • Collaboration is important to you and you know when to pull the right people into a project
  • Affinity for acquisition sales and working closely with the selling motion and sellers.
  • Knowledge of basic branding concepts
  • Experience working in Marketo, Monday.com and Salesforce
  • Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for employment, if not currently employed by Code42.
