The Role
Marketing Operations Manager

What We Need

Kareo is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support the company's growth. Our Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with stakeholders in Demand Generation, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Business Systems/Operations, and more to ensure the effective measurement and execution of a wide variety of marketing campaigns. As a core member of our marketing team, the ideal candidate has ABM experience and has optimized complex MarTech stacks that integrate with Salesforce. Our ideal candidate is well-versed in building effective processes that improve cross-team collaboration. Your Area of Focus

  • Support the review of the current MarTech stack, working on short-term optimizations while supporting a marketing tech stack merge in 2022. 
  • Work cross-functionally with sales enablement and product marketing to maximize revenue opportunities based on demand in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the lead management process and marketing automation platform infrastructure.
  • Take a key role supporting overall marketing operations strategy, and oversee the day-to-day management of data capture, governance, analysis, derived insights, and measurement. 
  • Collaborate with the analytics team on the requirements for data architecture within the technology stack to ensure cohesive data flow that supports our campaign reporting needs.
  • Analyze existing data, as well as historical trends, to provide early insights into best practices and trends that guarantee data quality across marketing metrics and operations. 
  • Contribute to campaign operations supporting a robust process and workflow between marketing managers and our Campaign Ops resources who QA standard campaigns and build custom programs
  • Support management, implementation, and troubleshooting tech stack integrations such as Marketo and Eloqua, Salesforce, Drift, 6sense, Outreach, PathFactory, etc.
  • Lead processes and system changes to ensure compliance with email, privacy, and more.
  • Act as a key point of contact for the transition point of leads between marketing and Sales teams.
  • Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams in regard to data enrichment and best practices. 

 

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of marketing operations experience at a B2B or SaaS company
  • Experience and proficiency managing a full suite of marketing automation software (even better if you have experience with multiple marketing automation tools)
    • Our stack includes: Drift, Salesforce, Marketo (and Eloqua), Ringlead, Chilipiper, Bizible, PathFactory, 6Sense, Outreach, and more 
  • Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized with the ability to balance projects and short-term work
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, including with non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with outside teams
  • Clear understanding of the sales funnel stages and process
  • Strong ability to track analyze and optimize marketing performance
  • Deep understanding of lead & pipeline management, multi-touch attribution, and email marketing
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other technical stakeholders including Sales Ops, Analysts, and Customer Success Ops
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns and suggest marketing campaign efficiency
  • Comfortable sharing insights to cross-functional leadership teams
