Job Summary:

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in our demand generation team and is responsible for the database health, integrations, and enabling our core strategies to leverage data to achieve our pipeline goals. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, strong at collaborating with other teams, and can work-cross functionally with IT, Sales Ops, Analytics, and other marketing teams within the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally with IT, sales ops, analytics, and other marketing teams within the company to achieve business goals.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enable Marketing campaigns and programs through landing pages, emails, list uploads, audience targeting, automated workflows, and other mar-tech platforms.
  • Lead efforts to train and enable marketers to become effective users of our martech stack including Marketo, 6Sense, ON24, and ZoomInfo.
  • Act as our Marketo expert, who can develop, analyze, and optimize the structure, organization, and workflows in our instance with effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage contracts and integrations across our martech stack.
  • Ensure that wherever marketing data and processes flow, that the processes are effective and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Build and improve processes and standards across Marketo and Salesforce to ensure that our organization has clean, enriched, and quality data.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing operations environment
  • 5 years of experience managing and rolling out B2B sales/marketing technologies, products and service providers
  • 3 years directly managing a Marketo instance and a Marketo Certified Expert, with full command of the tools to deploy programs
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, data flows and business processes across the buyer's journey
  • Moderate Salesforce CRM proficiency (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, Reports)
  • Ability to convey complex ideas to audiences of varying expertise and to build consensus on approaches to solving challenges
  • Business process and operations minded, great organizational skills, and extreme attention to detail


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience building lead lifecycle processes aligned with waterfall and ABM models
  • Experience with 6Sense and Bizible
