This position acts as the primary interface between Clients and Agents.
The Marketing Operations Manager (Mandarin-speaking) is leading the team of marketing operation specialists and responsible for optimizing the current procedures of engaging, educating, and nurturing leads, with the goal of maximizing conversion rates.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize existing customer support and engagement processes and actively enhance all customer success initiatives, including but not limited to: identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, increase lead conversion rates, nurture and reactive leads, engage with previous clients, etc.
- Manage lead pipeline, track progression of opportunities for weekly/monthly/quarterly key metrics; Report out on leads conversion results and make actionable recommendations for next steps.
- Lead / manage a growing team of marketing operation specialists.
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other team members.
- Set goals and analyze metrics to ensure team performance.
- Work with the engineering and analytics team to automate current customer support procedures and improve productivity of the team.
- Work with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to conduct tests to help drive conversion rates.
What You’ll Bring
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Leadership experience - leading a team of 3+
- Experienced in Wechat/WeCom customer support, inbound phone / customer support
- A history of defining workflows and building out solutions
- Ability to set goals and analyze results
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal partners
- Basic understanding of real estate or a desire to quickly learn
- Strong bias for action and bias for finding solutions
