About the Role:
GoodRx is seeking a sharp, motivated Marketing Manager, to join our growing team. This role will report into the Director, Marketing Manufacturer Solutions but will work cross-functionally with many groups within the department and outside of it. This individual will assist with planning and run point on executing with excellence on a range of important components of our evolving marketing strategy for GoodRx.
There will be a heavy emphasis on live events and conferences in the first half—helping to ensure smooth and successful experiences for our consumers and clients alike. Aside from events, the Marketing Manager should also have a background in omni-channel activities of a broader scope to relate our event strategy back to the overall organizational goals identified.
The Marketing Manager, Manufacturer Solutions will be responsible for monthly event management and development, execution, project management and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, logistical experience, qualitative and some quantitative background, bring strong organizational and project management skills, and be able to think creatively but also prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director, Marketing Manufacturer Solutions on strategy, development and execution of marketing initiatives, especially heavy on events for 2022
- Ensure meticulous completion of event plans and on-site support
- Lead the execution of important events and activations, being available to collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization across groups
- Maintain strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external vendors
- Develop and own reporting needs during events and post-- including monitoring marketing campaign performance to provide business insights when necessary
- Bring a curious and can-do mindset, be accountable and be able to ask questions when you need information to succeed
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing plans, effectiveness, ideas, techniques, and processes
- Assist with development and execution of advertising and media plans, evaluate formats and reporting cadences for marketing campaigns
- Flawlessly flex between projects, interacting with a wide variety of client and internal team personalities
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity, assist with ad hoc projects and additional assignments as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Prior media planning experience preferred
- Experience building marketing programs
- 1-2 years conference or event experience a must, or a high willingness to learn
- Strong project management skills, organizational abilities and follow through
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Analytical skills, comfortable with data and reporting on marketing results
- The usual office tech stack experience required (Google Suite, Excel, etc)
- Team player who develops and maintains trusting and collaborative relationships
- Problem solver with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, willingness to operate independently where necessary and ability to think critically
- Experience working in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry a plus
