Job Description

We are looking for a naturally curious, data-driven marketer with a strong desire to mature in their craft and grow their career. As a key member of the North American marketing team you will play a critical, hands-on role in development and execution of the demand generation and activation in support of the overall North American business goals, specifically the acquisition of new customers.

You will be accountable for executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the North American sales team and nurturing those leads for the North American sales team to convert and drive revenue.
Partnering closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams, you’ll help to enable the team to more effectively move prospects through the sales cycle. You’ll work alongside others in the marketing organization, including product, content and PR. This position will report to the North American Demand Activation Lead.


Requirements

  • Work with marketing technology administrators to build target segmentation lists for email campaigns.

  • Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns to activate demand and drive MQLs from the middle of the funnel to the sales funnel.

  • Manage submission and trafficking of creative assets through the brand/creative team.

  • Work closely with the global content team, freelance writers and agencies to build and manage content, including articles, social posts, video and gated conent.

  • Work with 3rd party lead gen vendors, industry publications and ad networks to secure content syndication, sponsored content and ad placements.

  • Test, measure and iterate based on campaign performance.

  • Partner with marketing operations and creative teams to ensure timely deployment of email campaigns.

  • Drive content and creative asset production cycle and schedules with internal creative and content teams.

  • Collaborate with the digital team to publish content on the website and social channels.

  • Articulate, champion, and advance NielsenIQ’s unique market differentiation as a platform to acquire new customers.

  • Be a complete business partner to all other functions within the company.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B technology marketing experience. CPG or Retail experience is a plus.

  • Understanding of marketing channels including email, social media, digital advertising, Google ads

  • Tech-savvy and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

  • Track record of effectively managing outside agencies and vendors and internal creative teams.

  • Comfort and experience working in a remote environment.

  • Technical acumen of marketing systems and processes and a working knowledge of Sales Automation (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Marketing Automation tools (Pardot, Hubspot).

  • Excellent communicator to both internal and external parties. Ability to comfortably communicate at the senior executive level.

  • Confident, critical and creative thinker.

  • Self-driven with a natural curiosity to test, measure and improve existing lead flows and processes.

  • Exceptional copywriting for conversion and editing skills.

  • Team-oriented and collaborative to the core.
