Creative Project Management

• Lead and manage a team of multi-level, marketing project management professionals
• Accountable for Creative Studio Operations - including annual and quarterly planning, capacity management, vendor, and platform management
• Facilitate tactical & capacity planning with all stakeholders, flagging when competing priorities arise between workload and available resources, providing solutions
• Develop, implement, and refine workflows to optimize resources and budgets
• Research and report on capacity concerns

Digital Shared Services

• Integrate and evolve processes for the Digital Shared Services Team including Marketo, McKNet, McK.com, Paid Media and the Creative Studio
• Serve as primary point of contact for implementing Center of Excellence operational guidelines
• Develop educational curriculum for project management adoption
• Exceed marketing and business objectives via impeccable communication, relationship management, responsiveness, attitude and flexibility

Business Owner, WorkFront Platform

• Work with/direct internal SMEs on the "care and feeding" of the BMC portion of the McKesson WorkFront instance.
• Generate reports/dashboards for users, clients and executives that provide meaningful data to support/inform our business decisions
• Continuously explore new ways Workfront can serve our business needs
• Maintain governance over McKesson Enterprise instance

Team Lead and Mentor

• Directly manage, provide structured mentorship for project managers supporting Design Shared Services, McK.com and associated digital properties

Critical Skills

• 12+ years of marketing operations marketing project management experience for large organizations
• 12+ years managing multiple projects, leading cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders

• Demonstrated competence in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word)
• Data and analytical skills
• Leadership and diplomacy at managing and prioritizing projects
• Exceptional communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal.
• Able to communicate across and between multiple levels of seniority and experience
• Self-directed and able to autonomously lead team with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated excellence in setting operational strategy and driving performance of a team

Education and Experience

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 12+ years of marketing project management
• 5+ years' experience managing teams
• 5+ years' experience with project management software (e.g., WorkFront, Asana, Jira)
• Experience on marketing (business owner) and shared services sides of the table strongly preferred
