Job Description

The purpose of this role is to independently execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy. This role understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

· Maintains clear and concise client communication on campaign related activities

· Executes campaign deliverables and activities based on client requirements

· Interface directly with internal teams, both US and overseas, to address and manage client requests and communicate status

· Validates work product, results and outcomes using quality assurance best practices

· Participates and documents client requirement gathering through written and verbal methods

· Utilizes change management techniques and best practices


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Management, or prior experience in campaign systems.

· Experience Adobe Campaign Classic in the email and direct mail channels. Marketo, Unica, Redpoint or SAS MA a plus.

· Experience with Adobe Campaign in workflow development and the ability to understand and support deliveries.

· Basic understanding of database and data management concepts and principles.

· Basic understanding of SQL.

· Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Experience in the health vertical is a plus.

· Experience with Teams, JIRA is a plus.

· Detail-oriented and organized - able to balance changing workload.

· Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
