Marketing Communication Coordinator
Responsibilities

- Digital/Content Marketing: Assist with digital strategy, including facilitation of email marketing strategies, targeted, well-written web content, and social media. Participate in content strategy development and execution across all marketing channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, retention and pipeline. Measure campaign results.
- Project/Resource Management: Manage projects/resources to accomplish marketing communication objectives in an effective and efficient manner. Manage project execution workflow, timing, budget, reporting and results. Balance need for top-quality communications with high impact and accuracy with prudent cost containment. Partner with others to rectify problems with the projects and processes.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal and external resources to execute on projects. Serve as liaison to and between external advertising agencies, technology firms, print suppliers and other marketing related vendors.
- Maintenance: Maintain, analyze and facilitate marketing collateral and digital content. Ensure timely revisions, digital updates or reprints. Includes review of material, no longer vital to marketing operation and provide recommendation for record retention or disposal.
- Assist in the development of larger integrated marketing communication programs, and independently develop smaller communication programs to promote the company's brand image. Manage assigned projects and deliver on strategies including digital, email marketing, social and/or print. Project manage execution of plans with limited direction. Contribute to an environment that encourages teamwork, knowledge sharing, best practice adherence, and strategic thinking that results in consistently high-quality and innovative communication outcomes that deliver on-time, on-strategy, and on-budget.
- Strategy: Assist in the development of integrated marketing communication programs and strategies. Begin to translate marketing/business plans, competitive research and information into effective, efficient and innovative communication strategies that support business unit goals. Plan, organize, manage and control marketing communications projects.
- Other: Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required plus two years related work experience
- Demonstrated experience with project management, managing timelines and workflows
- Must have basic knowledge of various digital, social media and email marketing platforms
- Diplomacy skills, confidence, and tact are required
- Must have demonstrated organizational, and oral and written communication skills, along with basic problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and pay strict attention to detail
- Travel, including overnight stays, may be required up to 5-10% of the time
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$41700 - $67000 / year
