Your Mission: As a Demand Generation Marketing Automation Manager  you will be integral in providing support and collaboration for the regional marketing teams, while always focusing on how global campaigns can collaborate and provide best-in-class marketing for demand generation. Your role supports the marketing team’s focus on revenue generation for UiPath. Your focus is to deliver global campaigns that significantly contribute to marketing pipeline goals.


This is what you’ll do at UiPath:

  • Build and maintain automated marketing campaigns with a performance focus
  • Develop, test and maintain automated campaign flows to successfully move prospects through the customer journey to reach sales readiness
  • Own the ongoing, systematic update and refinement of marketing automation lead nurture programs, and demand creation programs - all aspects of the process from target segmentation, list acquisition and importing, database queries, creation of email and landing page templates, scheduling, and reporting
  • Support the regional marketing teams’ requests through the Demand Generation Center of Excellence, completing tasks in a timely manner and with proper attention to detail
  • Support the Global Demand Generation team in achieving best practices around email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
  • Assist Global Demand Generation in aligning with Marketing Operations and other teams to evolve the company towards the optimal lead scoring and touchpoint cadence models
  • Employ a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level understanding of captured data, data lead flow process, campaign processes, audience segmentations, data syncing criteria to integrated systems, and ongoing data integrity practices
  • Collaborate with marketing teams in development and implementation of key demand creation, automated nurturing, and lead management programs
  • Assist in data maintenance (list management, data clean-up and other maintenance activities) as well as lead scoring programs
  • Drive email optimization and A/B testing
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness metrics within Marketo, recommend and deploy improvements that will aid ongoing optimization

This is what you’ll bring to our team:

  • 5+ years’ experience with the Marketo platform
  • Marketo Certification is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, SalesForce, and ABM platforms, while utilising all the capabilities of Marketo for demand gen
  • Strong HTML & CSS knowledge
  • Continuous obsession with improvement and campaign optimization
  • Ability to work globally with multiple stakeholders in different departments with competing priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and collaboration skills
