The marketing team helps drive the Mailchimp brand globally, shaping the perception of our platform, while driving growth. The Integrated Marketing team provides strategic guidance, executes a number of initiatives out in the wild, and recommends best practices across a number of marketing functions. We partner with the entire marketing organization and cross-functionally, helping to drive performance to meet organizational goals & objectives.

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Campaigns Associate to join the Acquisition Campaign team. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Mailchimp Paid Media Marketing Campaigns. You will partner closely with Design and Marketing Managers and Directors as well as external agency partners to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns. 

What you'll do here: 

  • Support the development of campaigns by managing project plans, inter-agency production plans and delivery timelines 
  • Work cross functionally to align teams on campaign milestones
  • Oversee the process and documentation to keep our teams organized
  • Be a primary point of contact for our agency partners as it relates to building timelines & holding our stakeholders accountable to ensure that campaigns launch on time.
  • Shepherd the delivery of creative between our internal creative teams, and production agencies, and media agencies
  • Work with internal teams & tools to manage reviews, document feedback and communicate approvals on campaign deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Maintain campaign artifacts such as the customer experience, flighting calendar, and creative archives 
  • Aide in the vendor management by processing agreements, tracking scope, and budget reconciliation.

  • You have excellent, interpersonal and meeting facilitation skills
  • You have super organizational skills and love to bring structure to creative projects
  • You have experience working in a professional marketing or advertising environment 
  • You have experience working with internal and external agencies and creative teams
  • You have expeirence working with marketing planning or operations 
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have experience in the B2B space; experience in a global organization is preferred
  • You have working knowledge of Workfront, Google Suite and Proficient computer skills
  • You are proven to collaborate as a dependable team member but also able to self-start with the ability to work independently
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

*Mailchimp currently offers flexible and remote options in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Washington. If you are unable to work from one of these registered locations, you will not be eligible for employment.

The salary range for this role in Colorado is $64,000 to $77,000 and final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience and level of expertise. For all other locations, the salary range will vary by geographic market and will be determined through the selection and assessment process for this role relative to your experience and our job qualifications. This position may also be eligible for an annual company performance based-bonus and/or a quarterly performance bonus. Mailchimp complies with applicable law regarding pay transparency.
