Reports to: Marketing Activation Manager, Consumer Marketing

Job Purpose:                          

The Marketing Activation Specialist, Consumer Marketing for LTK is responsible for supporting and delivering consumer sales and content activations. This role will provide support for LTK sellable media opportunities and serve as liaison with internal teams, including brand partnerships and engineering. This role is accountable for the development, execution and optimization of SVA recommendations, as well as the scheduling and reporting for these items, in partnership with the consumer demand generation teams. This role will also support the activation of wider marketing initiatives through paid and owned marketing channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and can focus on tactical elements while not losing sight of big-picture strategy and will have a passion for connecting the dots between many moving pieces. The candidate should be analytical and possess the ability to build infrastructure to support the development, launch and measurement of SVA placements on both an evergreen basis and in conjunction with the annual sales and campaign calendars.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Act as liaison between internal divisions to develop and deliver on sellable-media recommendations for brand partners.
  • Build and foster relationships across the organization, acting as team lead for technical aspects and in-app requirements such as sale enablement, tracking requirements both on web and in-app, etc. 
  • Assist with identifying and developing best practices for SVA opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new sellable opportunities for brand partners.
  • Provide clear and regular reporting on performance and channel operations.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in Brand and Influencer for best overall results.
  • Traffic assets between brand team and engineers translating between marketing and technical needs.
  • Manage sale calendar for internal transparency and forward planning.
  • Open tickets in appropriate internal systems to ensure assets are shared and applicable direction is provided appropriately.
  • Generate internal pitchable briefs for LTK content moments.
  • Provide support for activation of marketing elements within paid and owned channels.

  • Great liaison and strong communication skills to bridge gaps between teams.
  • Able to perform granular performance analytics.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills with the ability to work independently, translate macro. multi-channel marketing strategies into action, and collaborate to produce results.
  • Ability to quickly pivot and shift between priorities without losing focus.
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing digital marketing campaigns, including paid media and reporting initiatives.
  • Experience working within MarTech solutions, including analytic tools/dashboards.
  • Experience planning, placing and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience analyzing KPIs and producing thoughtful reporting insights.
  • Strong analytical background with the ability to measure and mitigate risk while still providing opportunities to innovate.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Natural bar-raiser; a “can-do” attitude, proactive, curious are absolute musts
