The Consumer Experience Analytics Manager will perform and oversee day-to-day operations of our analytics team which supports system-wide efforts by tracking and reporting on consumer and digital experience initiatives. This role will lead the identification of an analytics strategy aligned to the organization's priorities and will continue the development and maturation of the consumer and digital experience analytics discipline. Managing a team of analysts performing advanced analytics, data visualizations, insights generation and more, this role will serve as a subject matter expert, will develop measurement and reporting frameworks, and will build a toolkit of resources that can be leveraged when analyzing consumer and digital products and initiatives. This role will work collaboratively across teams and system to gather data relevant to the business metrics being tracked such that when the data is woven together it tells a more complete story.

**Position can be based in Wisconsin or Ilinois and willing to consider out of state candidates.

  • Develops and socializes the vision for the consumer and digital experience analytics processes, methodologies and tools and drives continuous improvement in all areas.
  • Understands the organization's strategic plan and aligns analytics work to support it. Collaborates with leadership to set clear team and individual expectations to accomplish the work.
  • Oversees the operations of consumer experience and digital analytics discipline including setting of standards and processes, selecting and maintaining tools, identifying and managing partners, completing and overseeing measurement planning, and developing and distributing reports and dashboards.
  • Participates in the identification of analytics projects and leads the prioritization of opportunities and the oversight of analytics resource assignments. Ensures timely delivery of program reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Acts as a data "sense-maker" for stakeholders and team members, helping them to make sense of disparate data sources and to uncover insights.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with stakeholders through effective communication, education and partnership.
  • Collaborate with other data and insights functions in the organization to establish consistency in data definitions and usage, to optimize data collection and to integrate with additional data not owned by the function.
  • Develop, implement and manage methodologies to test the effectiveness of our digital and consumer efforts.
  • Understands and tracks analytics and industry trends and provides thought leadership on implications and opportunities.
  • Contributes ideas and inputs to ongoing A/B testing initiatives to help determine the most effective web, app and marketing implementations.

Scheduled Hours
M-F 8am - 5pm - Position is primarily remote - willing to consider out of state candidates

Licenses & Certifications

None Required.

Degrees

Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, or Bachelor's Degree in Economics or related field.

Required Functional Experience

Typically requires 7 years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence or consumer research and insights. CRX

Required Management Experience

Includes 1 year of supervisory experience in in managing team members.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with developing an annual analytics roadmap that aligns with the function's priorities and continuously improves the analytics discipline. Expertise in digital analytics methodologies and practices used across consumer and digital experience channels - websites, mobile, CRM, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM - and tools used to monitor and report on them. (e.g. Google Analytics' suite of tools, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Experience with Epic reporting is a plus. Ability to analyze and interpret data into insights that provides decision support for consumer and digital experience products and programs. Ability to work in a complex corporate environment and champion our analytics efforts. Excellent in intrapersonal communication and ability to work across teams. Passionate about data and insights, a self-starter who experiments with new techniques and tools, learns quickly and is open to change. Experience guiding stakeholders through ambiguity when trying to identify a measurement plan or reviewing data. Recognize issues/risks, escalate as appropriate, identify alternatives and collaborate with leadership on issue resolution and risk mitigation.
