We are looking for a Lead Conversion Marketing and Automation Manager to optimize Lead to Purchase conversion via all available marketing channels, such as email, direct mail, blog, organic social, in-app, SMS, phone support and retargeting ads. One-stop-shop is one of the most important company strategies and a robust and scalable conversion program enables us to reach more customers for all of their insurance needs. This person will need to deliver against revenue goals, create personalized marketing strategy, establish an experimentation/optimization strategy and build intelligent trigger/automation that significantly increases conversion of Leads. This role reports to the Head of Lifecycle Marketing and collaborates closely with Insurance/Service Product Manager, Martech, Content Writer and Creative to ensure one single tone of voice to Leads.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive 30% of the lifecycle business with a 200% Y/Y growth target.
  • Hands on developing lead conversion audience/messaging strategy that includes aspirational vision, technical feasibility and financial projections.
  • Hands on developing lead conversion channel strategy such as email marketing, direct mail, SMS, push notifications & outbound calls to achieve business goals.
  • Hands on directing internal/external copywriter and graphics designer for creative assets.
  • Hands on implementing and end-to-end ownership of marketing automation data-driven logic, email template, campaign configuration and metrics reporting.


What We Need:

  • 5+ years experience of B2C direct marketing and automation experience
  • Must have direct ownership of revenue target
  • Must have hands-on marketing automation experience (Marketo, Responsys, Iterable, Mailchimp, Exponea)
  • Excellent in logic and data analytics
  • Excellent in audience segmentation, persona identification & influential messaging strategy
  • Ability to drive conversion-focused copy & creative and yet also align to brand voice/positioning.
