Job Description About Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications
Corporate Firmwide Employee Communications is an integral function at JPMorgan Chase, which focuses on reinforcing the firm's culture and keeping employees informed about its priorities and diverse businesses. Members of the team serve as trusted advisors to the firm's senior leaders and other communications managers across the company. The team oversees a variety of engagement channels and tools, including the corporate intranet (Company Home), firmwide employee newspaper ( Ink ), digital signage, Targeted Email (the firm's broadcast email tool), internal exhibits, learning sessions, and large and small employee meetings.
This candidate will support communications for GT Product & Agility Office and Global Technology's product transformation program. The position will report to the Head of Enablement Technology Communications and will reside in Jersey City.

As a member of the Global Technology (GT) Communications team , this candidate will be primarily responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies that reach across ~53K Global Technology employees as well as the functional partners for GT's product evolution, and key Enterprise Technology products such as Digital Engagement, Cloud Foundational Services, AI/ML Technology, Cybersecurity Operations and Data Management. In addition, this individual will support Cybersecurity & Technology Controls' and the Chief Technology Office's employee and executive communications including executive messages, strategic business updates, technology updates, success stories and people-related communications. The position will report to the Head of Enablement Technology Communications and will reside in Jersey City.
Major Functions/Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute a strategic communications plan for Global Technology's products
- Partner with members of GT Communications team to drive employee communications in support of education, engagement and awareness around the product operating model and transformation journey including content development, channel management, events and change management initiatives
- Develop, support and organize key employee and senior leadership meetings, including bi-monthly learning sessions and other targeted sessions
- Develop and deliver content and messaging for technology employees (via intranet, presentation materials, email publications, video, talking points, articles, town halls etc.) consistent with objectives related to Global Technology's vision, values and objectives
- Manage GT Product communication channels including intranet pages/sites
- Establish and maintain communication templates for the various types of planned product communications
- Stay current with and provide guidance on emerging communication methods, patterns, techniques and technologies/tools - and contribute actively to the broader Corporate Communication team's success
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including extensive hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation building, in technology or financial services
- Experience in technology or financial services required
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related degree
- Demonstrated success developing executive-level messages, providing communications counsel to senior management teams, and executing strong communications strategies
- Organized self-starter, project manager and multi-tasker with a proven ability to track complex and overlapping milestones and manage multiple priorities and urgent deadlines
- Experience working with C-suite executives
- Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with executives, peers and other functional groups across the company
- High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and takes accountability and accepts responsibility
- Experience with Intranet design, content development, and collaboration and measurement tools
- Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, content management systems are highly preferred
