Head of Global Media - US Remote

We're looking for a Head of Global Media to drive our paid media strategy and execution in service of our brand and business goals. A subject matter expert in brand and performance media across all channels, this leader will be responsible for partnering with our global media agency, and internal teams and stakeholders around the world to determine how we leverage paid media to meet our objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Lead development of our paid media strategy, for both Brand and Performance advertising, inclusive of test / learn and measurement plans, channel roadmaps, and cross-functional communication.
- Own relationship with our global media agency and drive the development, execution and measurement of our paid media campaigns supporting Brand building objectives
- Lead and build an outstanding in-house Performance media team of 20+ (3 direct reports) passionate about programmatic advertising, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Act as a primary partner to our global Brand team, Go-to-Market and Solutions Marketing team, Creative, Category and Regional Lines of Business during development of a variety of campaigns and marketing plans
- Work closely with broader Marketing organization and regional Marketing Directors to resolve how best to use marketing tactics and channels to improve impact of campaigns.
- Partner with Creative Directors to continuously improve on creative output in service of our performance goals and in line with our overall brand guidelines.
- Partner with media platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok and others) and other publishers to develop outstanding plans and relationships that help us win with our target audiences and increase engagement and relevancy
- Work extensively with our agency and in-house Analytics & Customer Research teams to develop comprehensive learning agendas and measurement plans that will quantify the impact of Brand and Performance media
- Serve as in-house specialist on innovative and creative ways to connect with our customers through media as well as emerging advertising technologies, channels and strategies, championing opportunities for Vista to grow brand and business overall.

- Shown ability to develop and lead paid media plans that meet / exceed business objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of using data to consistently optimize and improve media spend across a range of performance channels.
- Deep understanding of the evolving media landscape and ability to interpret and apply understanding back to specific brand strategies to yield the greatest possible impact on business performance
- Ability to identify innovative tactics, drive strategic use of media and optimize media investments to ensure delivery against goals
- Strong understanding of media principles and experience working at or with media agencies

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with shown success at advancing initiatives across organizational priorities
- Hands on leader, willing to roll up their sleeves and move projects and teams quickly towards achieving breakthroughs.
- Extensive experience achieving results by partnering with external agencies, media platforms and publishers, and leading in-house teams in global settings required.
