The Output Marketing team combines acquisition, brand, lifecycle, and creative to drive scalable growth of our subscription SaaS instrument plugin, Arcade. Since raising a $45 million Series A investment, the Output team is growing, and we’re looking for rockstar marketers to identify and implement innovative growth strategies to help Output deliver on its aggressive growth goals. The right person for this role has experience in Lifecycle and email marketing, A/B testing, and using both quantitative data and qualitative insights to deliver world-class customer experiences. This role will own and improve on key marketing touch points across customer activation, helping more people enrich their music making journey with Arcade.


How you'll add value:

  • Ideate and launch new lifecycle marketing campaigns targeted at improving onboarding, increasing activation, and empowering Arcade trialists to more deeply with our product and music-making tools 
  • Own a portfolio of triggered email programs aimed at improving free-trial survival: onboarding, activation, abandon-cart, and engagement 
  • Strategize and execute A/B tests (targeting logic, personalization, cadence, subject lines, creative) to drive repeatable performance improvements and insightful learnings in partnership with Product and Data Analytics
  • Partner across Product and Marketing to develop campaigns and creative to drive feature adoption and engagement within Arcade
  • Articulate value propositions, educate users about the Arcade product, and experiment to learn the best targeting and time in the journey to deliver key messages and influence messaging within the product 
  • Own and optimize email marketing campaigns and programs in Braze
  • Own and report out on key marketing campaign metrics, sharing learnings with cross-functional teams to help drive continuous improvement


What you'll need to be successful in this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience specifically in email and lifecycle marketing, preferably at a hyper growth consumer technology company
  • Candidates should be strategic, innovative, detail-oriented, and resourceful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive winning strategies
  • Strong experience working with Customer Engagement and Marketing Automation tools (eg. Braze, SFMC, Iterable, etc.)
  • Well versed in customer lifecycles and full-funnel marketing, preferably in a B2C technology context
  • Interest and ability in tying marketing campaigns to business outcomes 
  • Deep empathy for the customer, interest or experience in music not required but a strong plus
