SEO Lead, Student Growth - Digital Student Solutions
Job Description As the SEO Lead (Vice President) for Digital Student Services, you will lead the SEO growth for student related resources. You will work alongside the content production, product, engineering, and marketing to build a first in class student centered resources and help guide SEO product strategy.

Responsibilities
- Envision, launch and monitor strategic SEO initiatives from start to finish.
- Provide technical recs and best practices for the website/app
- Comfortable performing technical SEO audits, site migrations, content roadmaps, and more.
- Collaborate with product and content to execute and implement SEO tactics and strategies
- Work with the content team on long-tail keyword research to aid in the development of the monthly content calendar
- Conduct keyword research identifying areas of opportunity and gaps to enhance and expand existing student resources and support new product initiatives.
- Establish and enforce Frank's SEO guidelines for all content production
- Act as SEO evangelist by effectively communicating opportunities and risks across all parts of the organization
- Work with the Growth team to build and test new inbound initiatives from interlinking to conversion optimization
- Partner with team members across departments including Marketing, Product, Content, Operations and Engineering to achieve OKRs
Reporting
- Develop and document analytics guidelines, standards, dashboards, and reporting alongside content benchmarks and reporting
- Monitor performance metrics such as page ranking, site traffic trends, conversion optimization, while providing actionable insights and ongoing growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in leading a brand's SEO strategy and an expert level understanding of all core tenants. This includes everything from technical to content creation to keyword research to link building to content performance.
- Analytical mindset, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health, set goals and metrics, and aid in the prioritization of initiatives and features. Strong analytical and quant skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
- Passionate about building a growth channel and curiosity to continue to test and learn to fine tune to everything from CTR to CRO.
- Comfortable working with business leaders in forecasting, competitive analysis, and business modeling
- Experience working cross-functionally, primarily with established content, product and engineering teams.
- Experience working in media & publishing a plus
