Job Description About Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications
Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications is an integral function within JPMorgan Chase, focused on reinforcing our culture and keeping employees engaged about the firm's priorities and diverse businesses. The team is a trusted advisor to senior leaders, key stakeholders and other communications managers across the company and utilizes a variety of engagement channels and tools. Among these are Company Home and Strategic Hub Communications intranet sites, the employee newspaper Ink, the INK app, digital signage, email messages, internal exhibits, learning sessions and large and small employee meetings.
About the JPMC talks and Global Voices speaker series plus virtual exhibits and activations
JPMC talks is a firmwide, educational speaker series that engages the firm's thought leaders to raise employee awareness and understanding of a wide-range of topics, initiatives, groups and projects related to JPMorgan Chase and its businesses. Global Voices is a firmwide, educational speaker series that gives employees the opportunity to learn from external thought leaders about social, economic and political issues affecting the world. Virtual exhibits and activations serve as important vehicles to inform and engage employees about topics important to the firm and to build morale and strengthen culture by offering digital and in-person experiences and activations.
Employee Engagement Senior Communications Associate
The Employee Engagement Senior Communications Associate will be a member of the Digital Signage and Employee Engagement team, part of the Corporate and Firmwide Employee Communications function. The responsibilities of the Employee Engagement Senior Communications Associate will include:

  • Developing the strategies for the speaker series and exhibits that align with the firm's business goals
  • Managing all aspects of the JPMC talks speaker events, including sourcing of topics, communications and promotion, audience development, event logistics and execution, post event activities
  • Partnering with the Corporate Responsibility group and the Corporate Events team to manage the logistics and promotion for the Global Voices speaker events
  • Managing a master events calendar that serves as the central repository of all firm-wide speaker events
  • Overseeing the internal JPMC talks homepage and its video repository
  • Partnering with LOB communication teams, colleagues, stakeholders and external vendors on researching, developing and executing virtual exhibits and activations
  • Tracking and reporting on the metrics for JPMC talks, Global Voices and virtual exhibits and activations


Key Skills

  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Must think strategically and problem solve with the ability to offer creative solutions
  • Must have a track record of establishing strong partnerships and working well with internal constituents at all levels in a corporate environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong writer, proof reader and copy editor
  • Great team player with high degree of flexibility, creativity and sense of humor
  • Self-starter/ proactive/ willing to do what is required to deliver a superior product
  • Some design skills and knowledge of basic design software (Photoshop) required
  • Prior experience in managing event logistics a plus
  • Minimum of five years of experience required
