GoTab is looking for a self-motivated, organized, entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. GoTab is creating the next generation dining experiences with app-less mobile ordering, payments, and ecommerce for the hospitality industry. The Marketing Coordinator uses technology, data-driven insights and exemplary teamwork to support a team that oversees a high volume of projects end-to-end and simultaneously. 

Qualified candidates will have proven organization, project management and event planning skills. Preference will be given to candidates with past content management and demand generation campaign management experience. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of all events, trade shows and partnerships.
• Maintain marketing collateral and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. 
• Assist with the development, scheduling, and creation of content for social media and email marketing. 
• Draft and implement website content including creating and updating article posts, landing pages, website forms and auto-responses.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance existing marketing initiatives. 

Skills & Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in marketing, project management or customer service.
• Salary range of $40,000-$45,000
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, manage multiple deadlines, schedules, and stakeholders while ensuring all deliverables are timely and accurate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding organization, copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Be a self-starter who can take direction and run with assignments on a virtual team.
• Must be experienced with manipulating data in Excel and with sales and marketing databases (such as Hubspot CRM).
• Must be a team player, a quick learner, and a creative problem solver.
• Interest in B2B marketing
