Engagement Manager - Social Impact
Cicero® Social Impact Consulting maximizes the mission-driven efforts of funders, nonprofits, and corporations throughout the country and around the world. From building leadership courses with former presidents of the United States, to assisting NGOs in fighting poverty in the developing world, to connecting education and employment for low-income individuals, we assist our clients in solving society’s most complex challenges. We do this through three services—strategy and program design, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and implementation support. Example engagements include:
- Designing, implementing, and evaluating a multi-state, multi-partner initiative to improve post-secondary education access for rural high school students
- Designing comprehensive M&E systems for global funders and NGOs, including developing detailed theories of change, a robust repository of measurement indicators, and integrated technology systems to gather, analyze, visualize, and report impact data
- Conducting impact evaluations involving quasi-experimental methodologies, primary data collection, and secondary data analysis
- Developing and helping to implement a segmented service delivery model for a national nonprofit that supports the implementation of career academies in hundreds of schools and districts nationwide
We frequently collaborate with teams in Cicero’s Social Impact unit, which supports higher ed institutions and for-profit businesses. Engagements include:
