Email Marketing Manager
How You’ll Support Our Mission
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for executing successful email programs in Marketo that will drive revenue and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing campaigns in Marketo and the ability to navigate, understand, and leverage a complex database.
This role will report to our Director of Demand Generation and be located in our Austin, Texas office or based in the central timezone.
What You’ll Be Doing - The Day to Day
· Work cross-functionally to build and execute email campaigns that align with the company's marketing strategy. This includes but is not limited to demand generation, nurture, drip, customer and operational email campaigns.
· Manage email lists and segmentation to increase reach and impact
· Ensure email campaigns comply with email marketing best practices and legal requirements
· Analyze and report on email campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization
· Continuously test and optimize email campaigns to improve engagement rates and conversion rates
· Operate as email traffic control to ensure effective and efficient marketing email communications
· Provide value to overall brand strategy while driving innovation
Who You Are - The Essentials
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience owning and executing a variety of successful email programs and campaigns in Marketo
· Ability to work with complex data sets to create and manage email lists and segmentation
· Experience creating data strategies to optimize reach, frequency and overall customer experience
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize email campaigns
· Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and legal requirements
· Excellent organizational and project management skills
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
