Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re looking for a Director of SEO Strategy & Optimization to lead our SEO and Content teams and strategy. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a growing leader with a deep knowledge of SEO and Content

marketing and a track record of strong people management and team leadership. As the Director of SEO, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 30+ SEO and Content Specialists as well as our team of freelance writers as a part of our in-house agency for real estate agents. You’ll be focused on helping our clients grow their business, communicate and deliver ROI, and ultimately move each client to sing your team’s praises. Is this you?

You’re gifted at:

- Implementing prescriptive and tested strategies that drive success

- Writing processes, and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficacy across your team

- Understanding how to measure client happiness through data and using that to make tactical improvements

- Managing curious people who want to learn and grow in their role. You yourself are curious and get fulfillment by teaching what you learn

- Working collaboratively cross-functionally to optimize towards business goals

- Developing dashboards to measure team performance and activity

You have:

- 7+ years specializing in SEO and content strategy with a proven track record of success.

- 5+ years of holistic digital marketing experience. You’ve built and executed marketing strategies for small and growing B2C businesses (working with real estate agents is a plus!)

- 5+ years of experience growing and leading a high-performing, results-oriented team. 

- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop management teams

- A knack for driving strategy through data and have demonstrated the ability to grow businesses by driving and communicating ROI to clients

- The determination and dedication to work in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment

- Analytical orientation. Excellent at both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Strong ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear impactful recommendations.

- Background of web, search, and analytics tools; experience with Google Analytics, and tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
