About This Role:

As the PrizePicks Director of Content Marketing, you will lead the development of the PrizePicks content strategy across both written and video platforms – creating a 365-entertainment engine that drives forward marketing initiatives and enhances the PrizePicks brand.

Director of Content Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for owning PrizePicks’ digital content strategy and execution across owned and operated platforms including but not limited to YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and the PrizePicks blog.
  • Leads strategy, planning, promotion, project execution and distribution of written and video content
  • Maps the member journey to align key touchpoints with relevant content and experiences that further brand loyalty
  • Works closely with acquisition, retention, brand and creative teams to bring PrizePicks marketing initiatives to life
  • Manages the Content team, including building a content schedule and ensuring deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with digital content strategy and creation and proven ability to use content to further brand and business objectives
  • Passion for creativity, storytelling, and elevating brands through digital media
  • Innovative mindset that will push boundaries to deliver unique content and value in a crowded market, while adhering to brand standards and maintaining a consistent voice
  • Hands-on experience in management, ideation, production and/or distribution of compelling and creative content, including building an in-house content studio
  • Strong understanding of digital media, including all types of content, social media, websites, etc. as well as the content distribution landscape and the advantages of different distribution strategies and platforms
  • Passion for fantasy sports and gaming, strongly preferred
  • Experience building, managing and leading high performing teams
  • Experience with Webflow CMS a plus
