About the Role
We’re growing fast, and seeking a Digital Marketing & Operations Sr Manager to grow and optimize our digital channels, marketing tech stack, lead management and database marketing. In this role, you'll have two main responsibilities: guiding and executing our website and digital channel strategy and roadmap, and leading the design and execution of marketing operations processes and tech stack to help us grow and scale. We are seeking a motivated, data-driven marketer who is obsessed with building an understanding of audiences, creating engaging digital experiences, leading a passionate team, and thinking for scale as we’re moving fast and penetrating new markets.
The Digital Marketing & Operations Sr Manager will lead a small but mighty team who looks after our website, paid and organic search strategies, robust marketing tech stack (Pardot, 6Sense, Drift and more), operational processes, database and reporting. How you'll spend your time:
- Driving our website strategy and roadmap with a focus on creating engaging experiences that increase qualified traffic, conversion rates and key website engagement metrics
- Working closely with the Demand Gen Sr Director to accelerate marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline
- Owning the management, execution and optimization around our digital demand gen channels with an eye toward efficiency and ROI – this includes paid search, organic search, paid social, display, third-party review sites and email to drive conversions and hit pipeline targets
- Introducing new and optimizing existing tools in our martech stack (Pardot, WordPress, Drift, 6Sense) to drive personalization, ABM campaigns, A/B testing
- Managing upkeep of marketing automation tools, including contact, list, and workflow management
- Leading and mentoring our 2-member digital marketing and operations team and owning the relationship with our advertising and web development agencies
- Guiding the build of dashboards and reporting that drives insights to support the measurement of campaign effectiveness, marketing-sourced revenue, ROI and business impact
- Growing our organic website strategy through keyword research, content optimization and link strategies in collaboration with our content team; Building and maintaining target keyword lists and create the roadmap to achieve rankings, traffic and conversions
- Leading marketing ops cross-functional collaboration with the RevOps team to increase the efficacy, cleanliness and completeness of our CRM data so that we are able to address target markets with accuracy and relevant, engaging experiences
- Creating and scaling a testing methodology and program to continuously optimize our digital experiences and increase funnel performance
We get excited about you if you have:
- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience including ownership of digital channels and web
- 2+ years of management experience
- Ability to create roadmaps and develop strategies, while also getting in the weeds to execute. In this role you will work on strategy, manage a team, and get hands on with execution.
- SEO/SEM and conversion rate optimization expertise
- Extensive experience owning a Marketing Automation Platform – Pardot expertise preferred – and managing a WordPress website
- Deep experience with B2B martech such as conversational marketing platforms, ABM platforms and Google Analytics
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Solid grasp of marketing and customer journeys, personas, company brand, messaging, and positioning
- A/B and MV testing experience – performance mindset
- Highly collaborative and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to “own it” and work independently
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and leading initiatives
- Bias for action and resilient attitude
