We are seeking a motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our collaborative team full time. This is a fully remote role. You will be responsible for managing our Meta ads for Evidation as well as standing up new paid growth channels. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in the marketing growth space, especially Meta & Google and can work cross functionally with a variety of departments. You’ll be reporting to the Manager of User Acquisition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan
  • Hands-on management and optimization of paid social, search, and other digital channel marketing campaigns to drive high-quality members
  • Manage budgets and ensure successful planning, execution and optimization of digital channels to drive strong ROI and efficient CAC
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet and exceed established metrics and scale growth initiatives
  • Work closely with management to present results, communicate on performance, and share funnel conversation improvement ideas
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative to develop assets to test new ad copy, creative, and landing pages to improve performance; be able to lead the development of ad creative as needed
  • Partner with the marketing analytics team to build reporting capabilities
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize initiatives that drive conversion improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building and executing effective multi-channel direct response marketing strategies
  • Expert in the key social and display platforms such as Facebook, Adwords, etc. 
  • Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills. Confident digging into data and deep familiarity with growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics. Ability to gain insights and drive decisions 
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong communicators that can efficiently communicate learnings and insights to drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programmatic and native advertising experience
  • SQL+Tableau/data visualization
  • Experience with design/graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop or Figma)
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution models
