Tealium is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager/ Sr. Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for our global digital marketing efforts across all digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, website chat, and organic. The ultimate goal of this role is to help generate demand for Tealium’s products, as well as, promote Tealium’s brand as the industry’s leading and most trusted customer data platform by developing and implementing high-performing digital marketing programs.

The Digital Marketing Manager/ Sr. Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to support our global teams (NA, EMEA, and APJ) with their digital programs and efforts, along with managing projects with key external agency partners and tools. They will also be responsible for reporting on the success of all programs to ensure campaigns are effective, within budget, and continuously optimized to deliver results. The successful candidate will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically from creation to execution, loves working as part of a team, shows innate curiosity, and thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment. 

This position reports to the Director, Digital & Website.


  • Plan, implement, and monitor our paid and organic global digital marketing programs across all digital channels including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (LinkedIn), display, chat (Drift), and SEO programs to help drive lead generation and brand awareness for Tealium
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management including targeting and segmentation, messaging and creative, pacing and budgets, and optimizations and results
  • Build and optimize effective landing pages within Wordpress to accompany digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, develop, and help implement Tealium SEO strategy including organic search optimization, keyword research, content optimization, and generation of organic traffic and leads
  • Implement and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for conversions
  • Create end-to-end tracking to ensure digital attribution including conversion tracking within digital platforms, UTMs for digital ads, and program creation in our Marketing Automation Platform
  • Display a solid understanding of KPIs and metrics with the ability to report on the performance of all digital marketing programs from in-platform to full funnel metrics through our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM
  • Effectively managing projects within our project management tool and ensuring they are on track for completion within the allocated timeline and budget
  • Successfully managing the budget for all programs and tools including making budget recommendations, forecasting spend, working with finance on invoices and actuals, and ensuring that tools and partners do not exceed their allocated budget amounts
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agency partners and technology services that support the enhancement of our digital programs
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, event, and global teams to help develop, manage, and report on their digital marketing efforts
  • Effectively report, provide insights, and present on digital programs to the leadership and global teams
  • Effectively research and evaluate tools and resources to streamline/improve Tealium’s digital marketing processes to maximize efficiency and cost
  • Stay ahead of trends in the digital industry to grow and maintain the Digital Marketing roadmap for new projects, tests, and opportunities


  • 5+ years of digital/online marketing experience (PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Chat, Display)
  • 5+ years using Google Ads, LinkedIn, Moz or similar, Drift or similar, and Display tools 
  • 5+ years of experience using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to report on programs 
  • 3+ years of experience using Marketo, or a similar Marketing Automation tool
  • 3+ years of experience using WordPress, or similar CMS for landing page creation and SEO content optimization 
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing multiple digital programs/projects simultaneously 
  • Experience and comfortability with managing large budgets for various programs 
  • Track record of delivering results related to lead generation and brand awareness digital programs 
  • Knowledge of tag management and conversion tracking for effective campaign attribution 
  • Experience managing multiple external agency relationships
  • Experience and comfortability working in a B2B environment (Tech/SaaS strongly preferred) 
  • Fast learner and ability to quickly pick up processes and new technologies 
  • Google Ads certifications a bonus 
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent related work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20% within region
