• Cortex Management is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, SEO & Affiliate Channelsto join our Marketing Team in Irving, TX. In this role, you will will be responsible for managing consumer originations through all facets of SEO, paid search, digital re-targeting and affiliate channels.

What you'll do:

• You will serve as an in-house expert and leader in the above areas of Digital Marketing and will spearhead the organizational efforts to plan, organize and deploy initiatives and strategies that improve consumer originations in those channels.
• Develop and execute on Digital Marketing channels to improve acquisition KPIs such as originations volume, conversion rate and acquisition cost.
• Develop and execute on strategies to improve originations through affiliate channels including Lending Tree, Credit Sesame, Credit Karma and other affiliate partners.
• Execute and optimize paid search and retargeting campaigns.
• Will partnerwith internal teams such as Risk management and Information Technology to implement strategies that target improvement in visits, site engagement and conversion, funnel metrics such as application and acquisition rates.

About you:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study or equivalent work- related experience. Master's degree preferred.
• You are a highly capable Digital Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of digital marketing areas.
• You are proficient withtools such as WordPress, Brightedge, HubSpot & SEMRush.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related software.
• Must have strong problem-solving and organization skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• You have a strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and positive action.
