POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Digital Marketing Engagement Manager who will be a great communicator, understand complex products and solutions, and explain them through engaging and well-written social copy. This role is responsible for implementing the integrated marketing communications plan for the digital team, including social media posts, online advertising, online monitoring and digital content. This role also assists in managing the marketing department's technology stack. The ideal candidate will have a diverse set of creative, technical and analytical skills and be energized by complex projects that are data driven and customer focused.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Understands our customers, our products, our target audience, and the buyer's journey
  • Monitors the latest technology and digital marketing trends and serve as a subject matter expert for digital marketing activities, identifying and applying best practices in digital marketing
  • Develops digital marketing campaigns by identifying current and future needs and monitoring the competition.
  • Manages SEO tool and program to drive engagement, conversions and revenue.
  • Implement and coordinate Google AdWords - set up and run PPC and SEM campaigns for service branches and marketing campaigns
  • Implement and coordinate local business listings on Google, Bing, Apple, Yahoo! and industry listings - set up locations as needed and respond to reviews; facilitate responses and solutions to related inquiries
  • Responsible for reporting and analyzing performance of digital programs and campaigns
  • Manages the website content development as relative to optimization for search engines and continuity with other digital campaigns. Drive development and effective digital communication across all our audiences
  • Partners with Brand & Demand Generation Managers as well as Brand Campaign Manager to develop digital programs/campaigns, web experiences, offers, and content, that will best support customers across various journey stage
  • Plans and executes a social media strategy that effectively communicates dormakaba's brand positioning, grows our reach, audience, engagement and conversion rate and drives brand preference, generates traffic and results in product adoption
  • Acts as social media community manager across all social media platforms, closely monitoring and communicating with the broader marketing team to ensure timely and accurate content execution and responses
  • Champions the social media strategy for AS AMER with Group Communications and other segments
  • Supports content creation and curation for campaigns; leverage and repurpose existing content to maximize resources and campaign reach
  • Manages online monitoring tools and disseminate reports for key vertical, channel, product, brand and competitive awareness initiatives


REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or journalism
  • Copywriting or creative writing experience
  • Experience collaborating and working with agencies on projects
  • Proficiency in web campaign and analytical programs, including, but not limited to CMS, PIM, google analytics and google AdWords.
  • Proficiency in SEO, pay per click, content marketing, social media, general lead generation and conversion practices
  • Solid understanding in journey mapping, marketing automation, blogging and content marketing
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while collaborating with internal and external resources
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficient in MS office suite, and Adobe Creative suite
