Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the Digital Marketing team to drive digital demand for the Nuance Communications solutions portfolio across our lines of business, including Nuance Healthcare, Nuance Enterprise and Dragon Professional and Consumer. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with Field Marketing and other cross-functional teams. They will support Demand Generation initiatives via online display advertising and remarketing campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, pay-per-click advertising, paid social, and other paid media programs. As a core member of the team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of integrated campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and sales.
Job Requirements

  • Coordinate with Field Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and support sales pipeline goals.
  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing programs, including, but not limited to online display advertising and remarketing campaigns, pay per click advertising, account-based marketing, paid social and more.
  • Work in collaboration with Field Marketing and Digital Marketing Web specialist to support the build-out of Web content as needed, including the development of campaign landing pages to support Demand initiatives.
  • Work in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager to coordinate online media buys, including outreach to vendors, building campaigns within media platforms, such as Google, LinkedIn, Terminus, and other media.
  • Work with Digital Marketing Analytics lead to provide Field Marketing with insights into campaign performance, including metrics tracking and proactive monitoring and reporting of actionable insights on website activity, display advertising, pay-per-click, account-based marketing, and paid social campaign performance.
  • Work cross-functionally while building solid relationships with internal teams, including Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Web, and others, to support the execution of integrated campaigns
  • Provide day-to-day operational support and assist with other duties as needed.


Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree in business management, marketing, computer science or online marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize your own responsibilities as well as keep team members on task
  • Basic understanding of various traditional and digital marketing tactics a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and how to use new platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Basic working knowledge of CMS platforms or HTML a plus
