We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our marketing team with a focus on demand generation. You will have the ability to strongly impact the growth of our business by driving the strategy and management of key lead acquisition channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

Email Marketing 

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote our products, services and content. 
  • Identify appropriate target audiences and grow out email database 
  • Manage weekly newsletter and grow subscribers 
  • Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects. 
  • Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features 
  • Analyze, measure and report program performance results. 
  • Optimize campaigns through testing in order to improve open rate, deliverability, click rate, opt-out rate, conversion rate, as well as specific business goals around individual campaigns
  • Provide results and recommendations for improvements and new programs.
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies, best practices and compliance regulations 

Content Syndication 

  • Create and manage our content syndication strategy with key vendors 
  • Write compelling copy to increase downloads and content engagement to product more leads 
  • Collaborate with the content team to help identify compelling content topics to drive better performance 
  • Analyze and report on all relevant performance metrics
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with content syndication vendors 

SEO Support 

  • Work with our SEO specialist to support projects aimed at organic search optimization and ROI maximization. This could include things like:
    • Working with web developers and the marketing team to properly implement SEO best practices 
    • Optimizing historical blogs for better SEO performance 
    • Creating content briefs to help improve our organic search presence 
    • Researching SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing content

SEM Support 

  • Work with our SEM specialist to support our Search Engine Marketing program. This could include things like: 
    • Optimizing ad copy and landing pages for paid search campaigns 
    • Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
    • Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links 
    • Executing A/B testing, collecting and analyzing data, to identify trends and insights 

Other 

  • Assist with other demand generation projects or initiatives as needed
  • Come to the table with creative/innovative ideas to improve lead generation 
  • Effectively work with SDR’s to improve marketing results down the funnel and complete other necessary tasks to manage the DG/SDR relationship.

Requirements 

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-5 years experience working on a marketing team and executing multi-channel campaigns 
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills 
  • Adaptable and comfortable in ambiguous situations and love problem solving 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast past environment 
  • Clear writing, critical thinking and communication skills 
  • Desire to learn new skills and improve current ones 
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with Hubspot, Salesforce and Qualified
  • Experience working with HR technology or other B2B SaaS vendors 
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics 

This position has a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum. Namely offers employees medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, equity, flexible spending accounts, $50,000 basic life and AD&D, free telehealthcare, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, employee stock purchase plan, paid family leave, and many other available benefits. This information is provided per the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Base pay information is based on the market location.
