Position Summary

Credit One Bank is seeking an experienced web developer who will be responsible for support, quality assurance and execution of the A/B testing, personalization and tag management programs. This role will help eliminate user experience obstacles and allow for better personalization and targeting by leveraging A/B and multivariate testing, digital analytics, and tag management tools.

Summary of Essential Job Functions
• Create and execute tests across CreditOneBank.com visitor paths designed to increase the percentage of visitors who take desired actions
• Develop personalized experiences for the right products to the right customer
• Support the implementation of JavaScript, validate and debug tag implementation of marketing tags and analytics tracking
• Actively participate in the identification of new ideas by monitoring activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to improve digital conversion rates on a daily basis
• Participate in peer code review sessions, methodically examining code for defects and improvement opportunities, while readily accepting any constructive criticism.
• Understand and effectively communicate website or tools limitations with regard to design and development decisions on new requests
• Remain informed and up-to-date regarding new and emerging developments in technology, and feel comfortable proposing solutions based upon these technologies, including educating and informing non-technical colleagues

Position Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the modern web development toolbox, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience in creating tests and experiences using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, and Maxymiser or other similar tools preferred
• Experience using web analytical tools like Adobe/Omniture, WebTrends, IBM/Coremetrics, Google Analytics or other similar tools preferred
• Hands-on experience of Tag Management solutions like Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager or other similar tools preferred
• Ability to dig into specific requests and identify the underlying business need
• Process-oriented, mindset of continual improvement; real passion for ingesting and analyzing data, documenting processes with the intent of driving progressive improvements and significant innovation
• Ability to think strategically and see the big picture, analyzing a problem or project from a variety of angles, yet examining specific aspects in significant detail
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and develop various projects at different stages
