The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

Within CX, this global B2B marketing role is part of the Digital Demand and Campaign Management team. This collaborative and seasoned team of digital marketing experts overseas the strategy and execution of digital channels across Nokia. The team also manages the Nokia thought leadership campaign.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Be responsible for research, evaluation and recommendations of marketing tactics, channels and vendors within a given budget to achieve campaign goals.
  • Successfully launch all required campaigns, programs and tactics on schedule
  • Meet and exceed industry best practice standards across all digital platforms/channels and share best practices within the organization
  • Monitor performance of all digital channels; Provide recommendations and actionable insights based on performance against goals
  • Work with agencies, vendors and internal team to optimize campaign and achieve performance objectives



Your skills and experience

You must have:

  • Passionate about data and analytics to present results in a clear and logical manner, and glean insights for continuous growth and improvement
  • Experience using digital to generate leads that translate to revenue and most impactful ways to do this via multiple digital strategies.
  • Deep, technical hands-on experience with Paid and Organic Social, Paid Search, and Paid Display, the platforms that are used to execute those strategies (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Google Ads, Double Click Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk), and tools to measure performance on those channels (Google Data Studio, Google Aanlytics, Talkwalker).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and results-orientation mentality
  • Bachelors in Marketing or equivalent degree with 5+ years of digital experience required



It would be nice if you also had:

  • Global experience is a plus
  • B2B marketing experience; preferably in Tech
  • SEO experience
